PeptideWatchdog is an independent educational resource. We publish lab testing results and community reviews. We do not sell, distribute, or endorse any peptide product. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining security of your account. One account per person. Your PeptideWatchdog account also provides access to PeptideUnderground via single sign-on.

4. User Content

By submitting reviews or posts, you grant PeptideWatchdog a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content. Content must be genuine and not fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal.

5. Vendor Submissions

Vendors who submit samples agree that results will be published regardless of outcome. Testing fees are non-refundable once lab work has begun.

6. Disclaimers

PeptideWatchdog provides information "as is" without warranties. Testing results reflect specific samples at the time of testing. We are not responsible for vendor product quality or legality.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptideWatchdog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
