PeptideWatchdog is an independent educational platform that tests research peptide vendors using accredited labs and publishes the results alongside community reviews. We grade vendors on purity, identity, sterility, COA accuracy, and label compliance.

No. We do not sell, distribute, or manufacture any products. We are a testing and review platform only.

Yes. Browsing rankings, reading reviews, and accessing the peptide guide is completely free. Creating an account to write reviews is also free. Vendor testing is a paid service for the vendors themselves.

We send samples to accredited third-party laboratories for HPLC purity testing, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, sterility screening, and COA comparison. Results are scored across five categories and combined into a composite Lab Score.

Platinum (90-100): Exceptional quality across all categories. Gold (80-89): High quality with minor areas for improvement. Silver (70-79): Acceptable quality with some concerns. Bronze (60-69): Below average, significant issues identified.

No. Testing fees cover lab costs only and have zero influence on results. Grades are determined entirely by lab data. Vendors who submit samples and vendors whose products we purchase anonymously are graded identically.

Registered users can submit reviews for vendors they have purchased from. Reviews include an overall rating, six category ratings, and written feedback. All reviews go through moderation before publication.

Multiple layers: accounts must be 7+ days old to review, one review per vendor per 90 days, maximum 5 reviews per month, trust-weighted scoring that reduces the impact of new or suspicious accounts, and manual moderation of flagged content.

Yes. Verified vendor owners can claim their profile to add a description, respond to reviews, and update contact information. Claiming does not grant any editorial control over grades or test results.
